Her father Peter stands a lofty 6ft 7in while mother Abbey Clancy is a not inconsiderable 5ft 9in.
Miss Clancy, 25, gave birth last week and the couple were clearly delighted by their new arrival as – looking just ever so slightly nervous – they took their daughter out for a walk.
The blonde model turned TV presenter told of her gruelling labour as she told Radio 1 DJ Chris Moyles that she had not been able to sleep – because she could not stop looking at Sophia.
She said: ‘I can’t stop staring at my beautiful new baby. Pete’s fab, he just feels on top of the world, he’s so happy.
I can't stop staring him: Clancy, who has talked of her love for her new daughter, shares a kiss with husband Crouch. ‘You know I didn’t feel any pain through the labour because I had an epidural. But when she actually came out it was horrific.’
She described motherhood as being ‘tiring but wonderful’ , but admitted that she was looking forward to having a ‘girly night’.
She added: ‘I’ve got my stylist Angie Smith round and we’re trying all new clothes for my new body without my big massive bump. So we’re having a girly night. I’m sick of having Primark leggings on’
